This collection is Douglas Magnus’ artistic expression to commemorate the rich 400 year old history of City of Santa Fe in Gold, Silver, and Turquoise. Inspired by Colonial Spanish coinage, each design is created in Santa Fe, New Mexico using primitive and modern techniques to achieve the authentic look of the legendary ‘Reale’.
There are a variety of symbols displayed on the handcarved items that are of great significance to the heritage and meaning of the Santa Fe celebrations of Four Hundred Years of existance...
First and foremost the Cerrillos Turquoise is directly linked to Santa Fe’s long rich history back into antiquity. It is very rare and specifically unique to this area of the southwest.
Magnus Studios are represented by many fine jewelry and buckle retailers, but the Santa Fe '400' Collections is only available from these three sources...
All of our products are designed by Douglas Magnus, who is the sole manufacturer of these products.
All of our designs are copyrighted and registered with the US Copyright office, as are our logos, trademarks and other product branding.
The volatility of the precious metals market has made it near impossible to publish pricing. In order to maintain optimum fairness to our clientele, we price each piece at time it is made.
If an item is old stock, prices may be adjusted to reflect current replacement costs for materials. If you have an older catalog or retail price list; it may not reflect these adjustments...please call for current pricing.
As a practice, we ship with UPS. For our retail clientele, we do not charge for UPS Ground Shipping. For any expedited shipping, there will be a charge, minus the fee for UPS Ground Ship.
